Due to the limitations of in-person events, we provided on-location live stream services in a very unique manner.  The result was an event on Facebook Live with a massive amount of engagement.

The Todd Group brought us in to produce a virtual Gala with pre-existing assets as well as segments we filmed ourselves.  The event was fully pre-recorded and we broadcasted it all over a secure connection with seamless precision and support.

We worked with Rosecrans Ventures to record a zoom session in a unique and upgraded manner.  We filmed, on-location, Halleemah and her guest, and also had an additional participant via zoom.  We then edited it all together to create a dynamic zoom record experience that can be broadcasted on a later date.

SACNAS
THE NATIONAL DIVERSITY IN STEM VIRTUAL CONFERENCE 2020

After a successful production in 2019, SACNAS entrusted First Option Entertainment and C2R Productions to adapt the opening of each day of their conference to the virtual world.  We completed six plenary sessions which allowed SACNAS to open up each conference day with dynamic content.

We worked with GLAAACC to translate their Annual Women in the C-Suite event into a virtual event by recording, editing, and producing the livestream program.  All graphics, audio, and video were managed by our team.

CONFERENCE REMOTE KEYNOTE PRE-RECORD

We worked with Intuit to design a unique layout for their Big Design Conference keynote.  The project consisted of having two members of their team have the ability to be in two different locations and present on a topic freely and also control their own slides.  We were able to produce and control each aspect of the session from a third location.

We assisted Westbound Communications and the County of San Bernardino in taking their existing multi-camera production live onto Facebook using industry-standard encoding devices and software.
